Our Services
Three services, one clear purpose
Each of Bequesta's services addresses a different dimension of family clarity — from capturing stories to organising records to understanding succession concepts together.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
How we approach every engagement
Every Bequesta service follows the same underlying philosophy: families are the experts on their own lives. Our role is to create a structure that helps them do what they already need to do — capture, organise, and discuss — more easily and more calmly than they could without support.
We do not arrive with answers. We arrive with frameworks, prompts, templates, and calm facilitation. The output belongs entirely to the family. The pace is set entirely by the family. Our job is to make the process feel manageable.
Family-paced timeline
Sessions are scheduled around your availability. There is no fixed schedule you must follow.
Your materials, always
Nothing we produce leaves without your review and consent. All records remain yours.
Education, not advice
We explain concepts clearly. We never recommend specific decisions on your behalf.
Sessions can be revisited
Families are welcome to return for additional sessions as circumstances or needs develop over time.
Service 01
Heritage Storytelling Session
Memory & Education Service · ฿3,700 per family group
A gentle group session helping families capture their own stories and history using guided prompts and simple recording methods. Suited to those who want to preserve memories for the future — in a way that is structured enough to be productive without feeling like an interview. This is a memory and education service only.
What's included
- Guided family prompt card set — layered by theme and generation
- Simple audio and written recording guide
- Printable keepsake template for organising captured memories
- Facilitated session (approx. 2–3 hours) with a Bequesta facilitator
How the session runs
-
1
Welcome and framing — the facilitator introduces the session structure and explains how the prompts work.
-
2
Prompt-guided storytelling — family members respond to curated questions at their own comfort, in any order they choose.
-
3
Recording and capturing — responses are noted or recorded using the provided guide, in whatever format suits the family.
-
4
Keepsake arrangement — the facilitator helps the family place their captured stories into the keepsake template to take home.
Service 02
Document Organisation Toolkit
Administrative Organisation Service · ฿15,500 per family group
A guided administrative service helping families inventory and arrange their own important records using clear templates and a simple system. The Document Shelf System is designed around how families actually use documents — not how accountants file them. Ideal for those who want tidy, findable records. The service organises your own materials only.
What's included
- Ready-to-use template packs for common document categories
- One hands-on working session (approx. 3 hours) with a facilitator
- Plain-language upkeep checklist for maintaining the system
- Follow-up check-in by email within two weeks
How the session runs
-
1
Initial inventory review — the facilitator helps the family identify what documents they currently hold and what may be missing or unclear.
-
2
Template introduction — the Document Shelf System is explained, and template packs are assigned to appropriate document categories.
-
3
Working session — the family arranges their own documents into the system, with the facilitator available to assist with categorisation questions.
-
4
Upkeep guidance — the checklist is explained so the family can maintain the system independently going forward.
Service 03
Succession Education & Facilitation Program
Education & Facilitation Service · ฿34,300 per family group
An educational program explaining general succession and record-keeping concepts in plain language, paired with neutral facilitation skills to support calm family discussions. Aimed at families who want to plan together respectfully, with a shared understanding of what succession involves. Content is educational and facilitative only — it does not constitute legal or financial advice.
What's included
- Plain-language succession education workbook
- Facilitation guides for neutral family discussions
- Multiple sessions across several weeks (arranged with each family)
- Ongoing access to peer group quarterly sessions after completion
How the programme runs
-
1
Concepts introduction — key succession and record-keeping concepts are introduced through the workbook, in sessions the family works through at a comfortable pace.
-
2
Facilitated family discussions — a Bequesta facilitator supports structured conversations between family members, using neutral facilitation methods to keep discussions productive.
-
3
Workbook completion — the family completes relevant sections of the workbook, developing a shared vocabulary and shared record of their discussions.
-
4
Peer group invitation — on completing the programme, the family is invited to join ongoing peer sessions with other programme graduates.
