What exactly do Bequesta's services cover?
Bequesta provides memory and storytelling sessions, document organisation guidance, and educational programs about succession concepts. These are administrative and educational services only. We do not provide legal counsel, financial planning, or any licensed professional advice.
Do I need to prepare anything before attending a session?
No special preparation is needed. We send a brief welcome note before each session with a simple suggestion list, but you're welcome to arrive with nothing more than an open mind. The sessions are designed to begin from wherever you are.
How long does each service take?
The Heritage Storytelling Session typically runs two to three hours. The Document Organisation Toolkit involves one working session of around three hours, plus follow-up at your own pace. The Succession Education Program is delivered over several sessions across a few weeks, accommodating family schedules.
Are the sessions in English or Thai?
Sessions are conducted in English. Written materials are provided in English. If your family includes Thai-speaking members, we can suggest approaches to make sessions accessible, and some template documents are available with bilingual notes on request.
What happens to the information we share in a session?
Your privacy is important to us. Notes and materials produced during sessions belong to you. We do not retain copies of your personal records. Any session notes taken by a facilitator are shared with you and then deleted from our systems after a short period, as described in our privacy policy.
Can we attend as a family group?
Yes, most of our services are designed with family groups in mind. The Succession Education Program especially benefits from having multiple family members present, as it includes guided discussion segments. Group size recommendations are mentioned when you enquire.
What is the pricing and are there payment options?
Service fees are ฿3,700 for the Heritage Storytelling Session, ฿15,500 for the Document Organisation Toolkit, and ฿34,300 for the Succession Education Program. These are flat fees per family group. Payment details and available methods are discussed when you book.
